The company was incorporated in July 1991 by the former Principals and Senior Engineers in Zanzibar, and it was named POCICO as brand name.

The delivery of Mosque construction one of the public access building, the participation was done from land aquisition, design and construction of this Mosque, this the view from entrance with historic wall arch. The project was delivered in 2020.
